Artsobi 4.0: Artsobi World 2027 — Star Voyagers

We welcome independent artists, illustrators, designers, makers, crafters, creative brands and creator circles whose work fits within the spirit of Artsobi. Artsobi is curated, so every application is reviewed before booth offers are made.

No. Applications are reviewed based on your work, brand, product range, portfolio and overall suitability for the event. Applying earlier does not automatically give you priority, but you must apply before applications close.

You only need to submit one application per creator, circle or brand. If more than one application is submitted, we will use your latest submission for our review. Any earlier submissions will no longer be considered. If you realise that something important was entered incorrectly, you may submit an updated application and we will refer to the latest one received.

Share an Instagram account, website, online shop, portfolio or other links that show what you create and are likely to bring. A large follower count is not required; we care more about your work, products and creative identity.

Yes. International creators are welcome and will be responsible for travel, accommodation, visas where required, merchandise transport, customs and related arrangements.

Select every booth format you would genuinely consider accepting. There is no ranking between selections. If you select only one type and it cannot be offered, your application will be waitlisted instead of considered for another format.

Your booth allocation will be based on the booth types you selected, together with application demand, curation, available booth inventory and the overall event layout. As there is no priority ranking, you may be offered any of the booth types you selected. Please only select options that you would genuinely be comfortable accepting.

Yes. The maximum number of creators or brands allowed to share a booth depends on the booth type: Normal Booth: Up to 2 creators or brands Premium Booth: Up to 2 creators or brands Creator’s Canvas: Up to 3 creators or brands Exhibitor Space: Up to 4 creators or brands

No. You apply for a booth type, not a booth number. Final locations are determined by ballot while considering the event experience, crowd flow, operations and safety.

Yes, where suitable for your booth type. Displays must be stable, freestanding, below 2.8m, contained within your allocated space and compliant with venue and fire-safety requirements. Covered or overhead structures are not allowed.

Normal and Premium Booths do not have options for additional tables, chairs or power sockets. The only available add-on for these booth types is additional vendor passes, up to the permitted booth limit.

Results will be sent to the email used in your application and may be released in waves. Check your spam or junk folder during the announced result period.

You may decline the offer if you decide not to proceed. Once an offer is declined, we will take this as your withdrawal from Artsobi World: Star Voyagers. Your application will no longer be considered for another booth type or waitlist position for this edition.

You will receive an offer with your allocated booth type and price, followed by confirmation, add-on, invoice and payment steps. Your booking is confirmed only after the required steps are completed and payment is verified.

If your plans change, please reach out to us as soon as you can. Cancellation and refund requests will be reviewed by the Artsobi team on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the circumstances of the request. Please do not transfer or pass your booth to another creator without prior approval from Artsobi.

Creator setup is Friday, 27 August 2027. The exact timing is still being finalised and will be shared with confirmed creators.
